If I can’t handle my personal every day battles, then, how will I cope with persecutions when they come—and they most certainly come with obedience. How will I handle the constant threat of abuse and violence like the many Christians suffering persecution and death like Charlie Kirk. We are called, like the apostles and Jesus, to suffering. The following verse, and others like it, yanked me from my bed of despair and self pity Jeremiah 12:5 “If you have raced with men on foot and they have worn you out, how can you compete with horses? If you stumble in safe country, how will you manage in the thickets by the Jordan? Post Reply

But a man loses if he withers away after the first rejection. If you wither after the first rejection 👉before you marry👈 how will you manage the rough and tussle that 👉will come with marital conflict⁉️⁉️ Post Reply

I know I shouldn’t say that I want to “take myself out”, but it’s hard not to feel that way when you have a certain family that hurts you and doesn’t care what happens to you. I even got to the point where I was questioning if God really loved me, but I should know better than to ask that. It’s this one person who I love and care about so much, just doesn’t seem to care about me. That is why I guess I resort to thinking about suicide, because then I could end up with Jesus, who does love me. Post Reply

There are many who feel UNLOVED by God. There isn't a day that goes by that I feel loved. There isn't a day that goes by that I feel loved by God. If God loves me, he will honor my prayers. That is my logic. I use scripture to read the love of God. I have to read it. I have to reason it. I have to take scripture for what it says. I don't feel God hugging me. Only a few moments in life I have felt like I was being hugged by God. Quite plainly, I don't understand God at all. Yet I can't get away from the scriptures or reading the Bible. It is etched in me. So, I ruminate upon the scriptures and ruminate on the matters of God. I think on it day and night. Life is repetitions. When times are good, be happy. When times are bad, consider this: God has made the one as well as the other. (Ecclesiastes) Well, I wish you well in your journey, Morgan. It is a journey for all us. Jesus says to pick up our cross and follow him. The idea is that there is better on the other side for those that love him. Store those treasures in heaven. Love is better than gold. Post Reply
