With the Spirit's help, we will understand the Bible and learn how to apply its wisdom to our situation. Next is obedience to the Word. God wants His foloowers to bear witness of Him to an unbelieving and often hostile world. will you speak the turth of Christ's ressurection, His saving power from sin, and His poromised returen? Mat_5:10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. John 15:20 Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. 2Ti_3:12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. I know most do not want to be reading about 'BEING PERSECUTED' as a believer in Yeshua,' But how else will the Gospel go forth,and how else will people grow in Yesuha. FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS SAKE!! righteousness,righteousness,righteousness! I know for sure I get persecited for righteousness sake and for my strong concivtons of hollieness!!! George what are you persecuted for? I tell you this much since I got saved I dont have any of the friends I had before and some of my family dont have nothing to do with me! Not because I stopped taliking to them but they wont talk to me! The little light of mIne IS A HUGE SPOT LIGHT ON THEIR SIN!!! and they dont like conviction! The Christian donthave to say anything just the life of Christ in them brings conviction to the lost! Its kind of like how nobody at work likes the person that works the hardest they may call them miss goody 2 shoes and some stupid stuff like I know I am called! Its not becasue of the good job that person does its becasue of the fact that they work so hard and are full of integrity and humility it makes the others look bad! same principal if you live a life of hollieness you will be persecuted becasue it makes others look bad mostly to them selfs but they dont like the conviction! I have people at my job tell out right lies about me! But no weapon formes against me shall prosper!!! I have found favor in the eyes of the boss who I hardly know he has never scheduled me to work on sunday not since I started and was brnd new there others didnt like it really that I have evry sunday off! OH well I dont rub it in or glory in it! I chalk it up to being a princess!! thats right I said princess! The DAUGHTER OF THE MOST HIGH!! and so whjat if I ge a few perks like being off on Sundays so I can go to the house of God! When I got that job my daddy said if God sent that job to you he will make a way for you to be in church! and I have never even as much as had to ask for sunday I just have had it off every week for a long long time! sorry for the tangent but even the littlest things he does are so great and wonderful! IUt is nothing for him to give me favor in the bosses eyes so I can go to church! But what a wonderful gift for me to rest and knowI can be in the house of the Lord on sunday morning and night! not to mention wensday service too!!
